I've found k-Wave to be fairly intuitive as to how it works, but it does not allow a drive voltage input. You need to determine the transducer reaction to this drive voltage yourself. Some other ultrasound toolboxes are Field II, and Focus, although I've not found either of those to be as intuitive to learn or use.
